Job Requirements:
- Experience in both commercial and residential plumbing including maintaining, repairing, and installing services
- Inspect plumbing and heating systems to determine fittings, connections, and pipes required for installations
- Ability to read blueprints
- Experience installing and repairing both commercial and residential rough plumbing and plumbing fixtures, including but not limited to, toilets, water heaters, sinks, and bathtubs
- Experience with hot water and steam boiler installation and service
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other tradesmen
- Follow the outline of company policies and procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Outgoing, professional, clean cut, and drug free
